Recruitment process is a complex matter: Someone needs an employee and someone else needs an employment - looks


simple, but it happens to not to be so obvious when you are trying to relate to the modern and so much emphasized


humane factor in recruitment - being able to understand culture clashes or/and feedback less rejections is making the


recruitment process a little bit more difficult.

Being wanted on the Job Market may make a humane candidate feel like a horse in a stable, humorously speaking, when

all your skills, certificates, work experience, interpersonal skills and all that you are ready to offer are being labelled with

appropriate categories:

- hard working - skillful - IT literate - ability to learn new required tools easily - polite - non-smoker - well-organized - professional - creative - analytical - reliable - ''can do attitude'' - positive attitude - humane - open minded - adaptable - more than one language speaker - ethical - approachable - presentable - expertise knowledge - innovative - contributor... + more


How much talent is required to get selected in recruitment process? Is it possible to measure something that is needed in professional employment, and yet consists of the standards of modern recruitment? Talent although very much so needed in employment and recruitment, is also one of the most unexpected factor in the process, and there are no precise measures for it, apart from the standard interpersonal skills requirements for a certain work to be done. The argument related to individual talent is always a so called ''tricky part'', as there are recruitment rules to be followed that do not focus so much on this specific phenomenon. I think, it is fair enough to focus on the ''talent'' factor in order to unlock new perspectives and include diversity in the open minded way - it is good to remember that recruiters are just like employees an employee, and also a human being with their own mindsets, biases or/and stereotypes, that are the so called ''humane factor''. But isn't it what we are looking for in modern employment?: talented people that can exceed development of not only a company, but most of all the team that makes it happen? I think diversity is needed to open up space for this kind of progress, and the ability to work as a team with professional outlook on the horizon is invaluable. Look up a few lines above to choose the skills you'd love to go for when picking up new candidates for a potential career development.

So, What else apart from well written CV and appropriate work related professional experience and skills can take a certain candidates profile to the next stage of a certain recruitment process, and then eventually secure a certain Job, not to mention a career development?




From all that can b learnt about Modern Agile Management, apart from being professional adaptive Interpersonal


skills like: Sunny personality, self-motivated positive attitude really should matter, and in most cases it does, I think.
