With the whole respect for goal oriented business method interdisciplinary thinking, just like inventiveness pushes forward more and much often than ''monolithic'' thinking. Diversity, that makes sense in this approach not only brings new cultural success stories to be explored for inspirations, but also opens up space for tolerance and harmony in team building, as well as establishing relationships for business purposes. Remembering of humane factor, and in the same time taking it seriously is one thing. Clear goal oriented style with ways of dealing with harmful opinions of others - when we want to talk about negative stereotypes related to building a successful story is yet another dilemma worthwhile explore when planning holistic success. Negative stereotypes being played against ethnic minority for disturbing harmony of social relationships purposes in society is happening in practice, and that also should be taken into consideration when prognosing for interdisciplinary success.
- Big Dreaming regardless of hurdles is not an easy thing to do - and what about passion for success?
Imagination is the best term, that describes innovative attitude towards Big Dreaming with the use of all that is best in human cognitive capacity. All what can be and cannot be imagined plays an integral part of our personal planning for success. When we talk about personal attributes of individual success story it is often related to one's own passion for making something wonderful, to contribute to something great or/and become part of something bigger and greater than ourselves. This is what we can learn from many individual success stories, that follow the path being lead by those who made it happen. Learning from the best examples of what else can be added is one thing, and realistic ongoing learning and development with an open mind is yet another. It is always down to the need of specific goals, dreams, plans, values and wisdom, that goes with a choice, the best one in specific complex reality, that enables a conscious success oriented attitude. Passion for success may be a positive addition to an open minded positive attitude towards life and work. Being able to notice, that it is never ''perfect forever'' situation is handy in modern, very often augmented reality - speaking about holograms that suppose to know better. Passion for innovative success for more than one person in a society belongs often to visionary courageous individuals, that make a difference on a daily basis, in theory and in practice. It is worth being able to listen to their ideas.

Strategy for success related story, with the use of all what can be learnt from already wise and knowledgeable is a complex matter, and yet doable. Realizing that we do not have to be a walking ''all knowing star'' is good news. Knowing, that we need to keep learning and developing is even better news, as it brings progress, and being aware, that soon holograms will let us know about it all may be taken as a success of modern inventive thinking, as our personal success related to living more openly and having more time for dreaming is the biggest ''win'' in all of this. So, what strategy? What innovative solutions? What motivation? What creativity? What teamwork? What Leadership? What vision is best for the purposes of modern ''here and now'' pro-success attitude?
