Creativity is widely discussed on many innovative platforms today, and it seems, that there will be no clear answer to the ''only one definition'' of what it means to be a designer or/and creative thinker. Is it clear to us what do we have to become to stay in line with the most trending leaders in the field?

Since my first philosophical lecture, during my full time studies in Applied Philosophy, that I letter on extended in II very demanding in reading, thinking and writing specializations: I - Philosophy Politics & Culture and II - Cognitive Ontology with strong focus on topics from Cognitive Science, I have been discovering new ideas that are very dynamic when it comes to bringing fresh and innovative into culture dialogue. From Ancient Greeks to the newest MIT technology, the history of thought has a lot to offer, and more than one generation benefited from the richness of the culture clashes, where the communicative impact is measured by the depth of creative thinking rather than the speed of light and mindless repetition.

Solving complex problems, that engage more than one thinker is more of a team player game in design thinking, but when it comes to creative design and creative leadership it has always been an autonomic venture of a mindful solver, that conceptually and in content making had an innovative impact.

If we think of how many individuals does it take to paint one painting or/and to build a computer we ask two different questions, and yet it is all about being creative. That is why it is necessary to be able to distinguish between design thinking and creative design as both mentioned definitions create two different creative perspectives. Design thinking plays an important role in innovative projects that are focused on trending business economics with full attention to progress making that earns not only respect but strong economic relationships with adaptability in the practical market. The demand of design thinking has strong evaluation within business intelligence and future of conceptual implementation, that inspire creativity for more profit. Creative design just like creative thinking is focused on expanding and extending trends in potential learning and development ventures, that design new perspectives in not only business, but also education, ART or and innovation related to humane progress in meaning and sense making creative process.

One of the newest trends in business leadership relates to creative autonomy that enables strong relationships with chosen leaders or/and contractors. What it all means to designers and entrepreneurial creatives of the XXI century?

Autonomy in creativity and team building via design thinking, seems to be the very new perspective of the creative world focused on progressing in business intelligence and conceptual impact making. IT is good to remember about the classics of conceptual and creative thought, that left us so much to be inspired in the libraries of the world. As thinking and problem solving have always been the matter of natural scientists, many natural and classical philosophers were inspired by natural progress when creating content, that today can be taken as yet another argument in business intelligence, design thinking or/and creativity.
