How to correlate advantages of the newest tech for the benefit of Agile Project Management?


The beginning of 2018 brought yet another interdisciplinary argument for the IoT strategy as a problem to be re-solved in


order to bring profit to the richest revenue. The biggest game players on the communication and tech market like Google,


Microsoft, Apple and many international followers of their success are certain, that further investments in the newest


technology will make the big revenue a dream come true. Once innovative companies will continue to lead thanks to their 


full pockets, the smaller game players will get inspired by their example, at least in theory. But, what happens when the


traditional business strategies are still good enough and little changes are the profit to be made philosophy, as for example it


often happens in the world of entrepreneurs with first time start ups?

What do we need to adjust to over crowded  or/and ''one and only'' business strategies on the verge of a very new business strategy?

First of all, it is good to remember to not to get overloaded with information that are irrelevant to a practical problem solving. Once we clarify and evaluate what a certain business strategy requires, there is a chance for a pro-profitable change. Faciliating human factor to the innovative IoT strategy makes a difference in the Agile Project Marketing. The unique factor is being added 'implicite' as the DNA of a certain Business Team. Discovering skillfulness, interactive ideas exchange and developing space for progress makes the traditional more agile with the limited culture-clash for the project success. Diversity included in delivery of a high quality results makes a huge difference to the big profit making. 

How valuable it is to listen to a high quality team members in the transparency of innovative ideas sharing?

Giving away ideas is one thing, and voicing out an opinion on Business Intelligence is yet another. Making sure there is

enough space for both, and in the same time being able to make a mark with the adaptable knowledge can be taken as a

valuable lesson in the positive individual addition to the new business career building strategy. Being open minded to the

changes in communicating, including innovative content, and in the same time creating space for further learning and

development along with implementing the newest unique results, is a great opportunity to maximize diversity and Inclusion

in business making. It means, that there is more progress with the business strategy that respects not only the most trending

business ideas, but also and foremost unique agile minds, that create the business in question.
